General Terms and Conditions
We really want you to enjoy your session with us, and want the children to benefit as much as possible. Unfortunately, it is necessary to have some general conditions, along with some safety guidelines that must be agreed prior to hire.
We have a strict NO SHOES/FOOTWEAR policy – This applies to all children playing and the adults supervising.
Please ensure all shoes/footwear are removed when using the equipment, and/or participating in a Moo Music Pembs/Moo Music Swansea Session. Socks/grip socks or cotton tights must be worn at all times, no bare feet due to health and safety.
Any loose/sharp jewellery, objects in pockets will also need to be removed prior to play.
No food, drink or chewing gum is allowed on the mats or play equipment or sensory stations.
Breastfeeding/Bottle feeding is A-OK!
Any soft play equipment is only intended for the use of children aged 0-4 years old.
Moo Music Parties/Set ups are aimed for children aged 0-7yrs, please advise us of any special requirements.
It is the full responsibility of the parents/carers to supervise children at all times, and ensure guidelines are followed.
These guidelines are applicable to both children playing and adults supervising
Health and Safety
1. Moo Music Pembs/Moo Music Swansea is a Moosical Entertainment company and supervision is NOT included. Parents/Carers are to supervise children at all times, even with structured parties.
2. Where both Soft Play and Sensory Play is available, a Moo Music Pembs /Moo Music Swansea representative will be available for safety purposes and assistance (Such as if crafts or messy play are required) Parents/Carers are still required to supervise their children.
3. Moo Music Pembs/Moo Music Swansea will hold no responsibility for any injury caused during the use of soft play equipment, unless injury is caused by a serious defect with the equipment provided. However, we will always take every precaution to prevent this which is why we will ask you to check the equipment once it has been set up and to confirm you're happy with everything before we leave the premises.
4. The soft play and/or sensory station items are not permitted to be used off the foam floor mats.
5. Our soft play equipment is generally designed for 0-4 year olds, however some items maybe suitable for slightly older children and some not suitable for children under 12 months. Useage may also be dependant on children’s ability, and therefore may be more suitable for older children based on this. Please ensure the items being booked are appropriate. If in doubt please ask.
6. Please note NO FOOD/ DRINK or CHEWING GUM to be consumed on or around the equipment.
7. NO SHOES/FOOTWEAR allowed on the equipment. Please ensure when adults are supervising that they also remove their footwear.
8. Please ensure the equipment does not get too over crowded, or is used inappropriately.
9. We aim to be as inclusive as possible, please advise of any adaptions that may be required.
10. Insurance documents and/or risk assessment(s) are available upon request.
The Equipment
1. All soft play equipment and/or sensory station items MUST be kept on the safety mats provided at all times
2. NO diving/ jumping into the ball pit
3. The soft play, the balls or any other sensory items MUST NOT be thrown
4. Please do not dismantle or move the equipment once set up. Please ensure all equipment remains in the venue.
5. Please make sure all the above is adhered to and that adult supervision is available to ensure that there is no misuse of the equipment.
Sibling Discount
Please note that sibling discount is only applicable for sibling* groups, and can not be used to cousins, friendship groups or other associations.
*If you are a foster family, have close age siblings/over lapping ages due to surrogacy and/or adoption, please feel free to contact us directly to secure your booking.
Childminders, day care providers and other groups, please contact us directly to discuss.
Unfortunately, anyone booking for friends and/or relations via their own bookings page will be liable for full payment. If you are booking for more than one child, please get in touch so we an assist you.
Discount Codes/Collaborations
Occasionally discount codes will be launched to collaborate with other small children's activity providers, or affiliate groups such as schools/play groups. These codes are only to be used in accordance with the terms they are set and are not to be used externally.
For example, if a discount is given when booking with Moo Music Pembs/Moo Music Swansea and another group against a particular term and/or activity, it can not be used for anything additional. Discount codes are not to be shared.
Cancellation
Please ensure you can attend all dates in the term before booking, refunds are not given for missed sessions. When booking a termly block a discount is given to secure your space for the term. If you are unable to attend, you can attend an alternative location with prior agreement, or you can gift your space to a friend. Please be sure to let Farmer Sara know this in advance.
With seasonal specials, these are planned and tailored to attendees, unfortunately no refunds will be offered in the event of non attendance and no alternative will be available. You are able to gift your space to a friend.
In the event that we, Moo Music Pembs/Moo Music Swansea, have to cancel a session, an alternative location will be offered or a discount off a future session. We will endeavour not to cancel sessions.
